Why should you make sure that the DLBA has the most accurate information about your Downtown business? The answer is two-fold:
First, we want to make sure that you are notified about all of the events, opportunities, and other information you need to remain informed about what is happening in the Downtown. If we can't find you, we can't tell you!
Second, we aggregate the information regarding the Downtown business base and analyze it to make sure we are aware of the general heath of the Downtown economy and to monitor the economic well-being of individual businesses and industry sectors. By checking in with your business (once you help us find you), the DLBA analyzes the data to look for early warning indicators of at-risk companies or industry sectors. The retention and expansion of Downtown businesses is a major initiative for the DLBA, and we need to be able to contact your business to learn about your plans, problems, and individual concerns so that we can assist wherever possible!
